Re: Out of Context
The clothes are a blend of Modern wear mixed with old Victorian/Celtic/Middle ages wear. Mix and Match as you please ^_^
An example, My character wears Beige Baggy jeans with alot of loops sewn into it to hang tools off of, Black boots, a blue tunic and a black jacket. The pants are made of Hemp, The Shirt, out of wool and the Jacket out of Animal hide. He also keeps a pair of welding googles on his head and three analog watches on his wrist.

Re: Out of Context
Well the basic Premise is that the Empire controls most of the Inner core of the Cities of Else Enora Alot of thier cities are clockwork towers and slabs of stone. Technology is ripe here with Steamships, airships, AutoHaulers(Automatic walking forklifts) machine Carriages and the like.
The empire maintains a heavy military presence here with Soldiers clad in massive Iron and steel armor plating powered by small Engines and armed with Autocannons and Massive hatchets or Powered Claws.
The father out you go, the less influence the Empire has, the more dangerous the creatures become and the less steampunk technology you find. The people out there in the townships and villages are by no means poor, but they suffer from hardships that the central cities would never dream of. Fortunatly that means these people are born hardier and tougher than the dandies in the Central cities.
The forests, valleys, plains and mountainsides that dot the landscape are populated now by deadly creatures that were evolved from animals that were mutated by the radiation, creating great dragonlike monsters, Razor fanged night creatures and even plodding Bison-like plant eaters 10 feet tall at the shoulder with giant horns and armor plating. The ones that hunt at night are far more frightening.
Then theres Treasure hunting. Every year Lost technolgy is being unearthed and sold for a lucrative price. The empire covet these lost scrap hulks and will visciously fight for any claim they can get. That is why most treasure hunters perfer to deal with the outer villages. Theres still a chance of getting screwed over, but a far less chance than the alternative.
News amongst the villages comes slowly. Very slowly. Most of them come from wandering travelers and small airship pilots who go from city to city finding solace and refuge before moving on. Either seeing the sights or just trying to escape whatever they left behind.
Hopefully that helps paint a picture of the world I made. ^_^ Enjoy guys.
Just remember that most technology is powered by steam or Combustion engines. This means that they tend to be BIG rigs. Most smaller automatic tools are clockwork powered and those are VERY rare.

Re: Out of Context
Just a thought, but maybe we should seperate the OOC and character profiles to be RP specific. To avoid confusion.

Re: Out of Context
Just to Clarify for Else Enora, I'm Retconning it that Terrorwolfs Char has indirect control of the Urshuls until I say otherwise. I have control but they follow his commands.
Also, WAKE UP GUYS! Stuffs about to get interesting!
Vrall! I need you to post in Else Enora Before I can move things along alittle.
